Concerned About a Student?

If you're worried about a student but don’t feel the situation requires an immediate crisis response, we’re here to help.

You can complete the Student of Concern form below to initiate a referral to the CARE team.

This form is available for anyone connected to the student - whether you're faculty, staff, a fellow student, family member, or roommate. We’re here to support you and the student every step of the way.

Form submissions are not monitored outside of normal business hours, including weekends and College holidays. If you have immediate concerns call Campus Security at 705-749-5530 ext. 4444 or 911.

Reporting Student Conduct

This form is intended for concerns about a student's health, well-being, or behaviour that may indicate they need academic or wellness support.
